TERMS & CONDITIONS

CONSULTANCY FEES:  

We will be charging as our consultancy fees:

• For Junior Levels Placements: 8.33% of Annual CTC.+ Service Tax ( as applicable)

• For Middle Levels & Senior Level Placements: 10%  - 12%  of Annual CTC .+ Service Tax (as applicable)      

REPLACEMENT WARRANTY:  

We provide free placement if any candidate resigns on his own within 2 months from the date of joining.
  
MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING:  

The personal details (i.e. add. & phone no.) of our candidates shall be withheld till their final selection.

MODE OF PAYMENT:

The Consultancy Fees are to be paid within 15 days from the date of joining, vide A/C payee cheque or demand draft in favour of “NETGEAR SOLUTIONS”.
